Change of Accounting Reference Date

A2D Funding II PLC announces that its accounting reference date has been amended so as to end on 31 March in each year to coincide with the accounting year end date of the A2 Dominion Group.

Audited accounts covering the shortened period from 1 October 2015 to 31 March 2016 will be prepared.
