Change of Accounting Reference Date

The Company announces that it has changed its accounting reference date from the end of January to the end of June.

As a result of this change, the Company's reporting calendar will be as follows:-

1) A second interim report will be prepared covering the 12 month period from 1 February 2015 to 30 January 2016, to be announced by the end of March 2016;

2) Audited results for the 17 month period to 30 June 2016 to be announced by the end of October 2016.

The Board considers that the change of the accounting reference date will facilitate the preparation of the Company's consolidated financial statements. The Board does not foresee any material financial implications on the Group as a result of the change in accounting reference date of the Company nor is there any other matter of significance that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company in this regard.
