The Company has been notified on 7 March 2014 by Capital Group Companies, Inc. in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, which is deemed to apply to the Company under its articles of association that, on 5 March 2014:

Capital Research and Management Company and New World Fund, Inc. acquired 3,647,140 indirect voting rights, representing 4.2382% of the voting rights.
