According to the resolution of the Founder No. 21/2021. (XI. 9.) issued by the exerciser of the ownership rights over MFB Zrt., as of 12 November 2021 Nagyné Maros Katalin (Mrs.) has been elected to act for a 5 year term as member of the Supervisory Board.
