on the change of assets and liabilities of MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company
MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company is pleased to inform its investors that the total amount of its assets and liabilities have increased by more than 10 (ten) percent compared to the balance sheet figures as of 31 December 2020.
The reason for the significant increase in assets is that - during the period under review - the Bank purchased significant amount of corporate bonds and subscribed for investment fund units, furthermore as a result of the capital increase of one of its subsidiary, the amount of invested financial instruments increased.
The liabilities increased primarily because of the additional bond issues carried out in order to finance the asset side expansion.
The current disclosure is made on the basis of the stipulations of section 55 of the Hungarian Act No. CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and PM (Minister of Finance) Decree No. 24/2008 (VIII.15.).
