Announcement
on the change of assets and liabilities of MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company
MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Limited Company is pleased to inform its investors that the total amount of its assets and liabilities have increased by more than 10 (ten) percent compared to the balance sheet figures as of 30 June 2022.
The reason for the significant increase in assets is that - during the period under review - the Bank subscribed for investment fund units, furthermore the lending activity was also increased. In addition, the stock of government bonds and interbank items also increased in parallel with the owner's capital contribution.
The liabilities increased primarily because of the share capital increases and the additional loan borrowings and bond issues carried out in order to finance the asset side expansion.
The current disclosure is made on the basis of the stipulations of section 55 of the Hungarian Act No. CXX of 2001 on the Capital Market and PM (Minister of Finance) Decree No. 24/2008 (VIII.15.).
