According to the resolution of the Founder No. 3/2023. (I 30.) issued by the exerciser of the ownership rights over MFB Zrt., as of 1 February 2023 Henriett Emese Jeneiné Gerő (Mrs.) has been elected to act for a 5 year term as member of the Supervisory Board.
