MOD Resources Ltd, (ASX/LSE: MOD) the copper exploration and development company focused on the central Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana, advises that AustralianSuper Pty Ltd has issued a Form 604 to the Australian Securities Exchange. 

The Form 604 titled 'Change in substantial holding' indicates that AustralianSuper Pty Ltd holds 35,724,428 common stock or 10.50% of total common stock.
