Change in Substantial Holder Notice

Berkeley Energia Limited (Berkeley or Company) advises that Paradice Investment Management Pty Ltd (Paradice) has today lodged a change in substantial holder notice, as defined by the Corporations Act 2001, with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

Between 9 August 2023 and 19 January 2026, following on-market sales of 4,882,335 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares), Paradice's shareholding in the Company has decreased from 44,133,874 Shares to 39,251,539 Shares. This represents a decrease in voting power of 9.9% to 8.795%.
