Today OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX, RTS: LSRG) has received notifications from two of its shareholders - Chairman of the Board of Directors, member of the Executive Committee of LSR Group Igor Levit and member of the Executive Committee of LSR Group Evgeny Yatsyshin - regarding a change in their shareholdings in the Company.

Igor Levit's shareholdings before change: 0.54%

Igor Levit's shareholdings after change: 0.35%

Evgeny Yatsyshin's shareholdings before change: 0.50%

Evgeny Yatsyshin's shareholdings after change: 0.31%
