Today OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX, RTS: LSRG) has received notifications from three of its shareholders - Chairman of the Board of Directors, member of the Executive Committee of LSR Group Igor Levit, member of the Executive Committee of LSR Group Evgeny Yatsyshin and member of the Executive Committee of LSR Group Alexey Yushkov - regarding a change in their shareholdings in the Company.

Igor Levit's shareholdings before change: 0,61%

Igor Levit's shareholdings after change: 0,54%

Evgeny Yatsyshin's shareholdings before change: 0,58%

Evgeny Yatsyshin's shareholdings after change: 0,50%

Alexey Yushkov's shareholdings before change: 0,1137%

Alexey Yushkov 's shareholdings after change: 0,0972%
