Change in Shareholding

On Monday 20 December 2010, Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company) received a TR-1 notification of Major Interests in Shares from Gartmore Investment Limited advising that as at 14 December 2010 Gartmore Investment Limited held an interest in 4,835,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") of the Company which represents 5.115% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
