Notification of Change in shareholding in OJSC TransContainer

On 11 January, 2011 OJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer") (LSE: TRCN) was notified of the acquisition by HALIMEDA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED of 8.75% of TransContainer's ordinary shares and 3.75% of Transcontainer's shares in a form of Global Depository Receipts effected on 14 December, 2010, as a result of which HALIMEDA INTERNATIONAL LIMITED beneficiary held 12.5% of TransContainer's share capital as of 14 December, 2010.
