On Monday 20 June 2008, Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company) received a TR-1 notification of Major Interests in Shares from Beverly John Berryman, Hugh David Turner and Carole Fahy ("the Trustees) advising that the Trustees held an interest in 4,045,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("the Shares") of the Company which represents 4.28% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Furthermore the TR-1 notification advised that each of Stephen James Cann, Charles Anthony Cann, Roger John Cann, Jonathan Richard Cann and Bridget Mary Elizabeth Cann are indirect holders of the 4,045,000 Shares, being persons falling within DTR 5.2.1(d), and are each entitled to one fifth of the income from the trust, the Trustees of which have acquired 4,045,000 Shares.
