Change in share currency denomination

Subject to approval of the relevant ordinary resolution at the Company's forthcoming annual general meeting on 16 September 2011, the Board announces that the trading denomination of the Company's Core Ordinary Shares of no par value will be changed to Sterling from 8.00 a.m. on 3 October 2011. From that date the Company will publish its NAV per share in Sterling and will hedge its non-sterling currency exposure in the Core.

The Company's and the Core's financial reporting currency will also change to Sterling for all accounting periods ending after 3 October 2011.
