Change in ownership structure

OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MICEX, RTS: LSRG), hereafter "LSR Group" or the "Company", has received notifications from two of its shareholders - Chairman of the Board of Directors, member of the Executive Committee of LSR Group Igor Levit and member of the Executive Committee of LSR Group Evgeny Yatsyshin, regarding a change in their shareholdings in the Company. According to the notifications, both shareholders sold 0.33% of the Company's shares.

Igor Levit's shareholdings before change: 1.78% Igor Levit's shareholdings after change: 1.45%

Evgeny Yatsyshin's shareholdings before change: 1.55% Evgeny Yatsyshin's shareholdings after change: 1.22%
