During March 2026, the number of shares and votes in Alligator Bioscience AB (“Alligator Bioscience”) has increased as a result of the exercise of warrants series TO 14, issued in connection with the rights issue of units carried out during October â€" December 2025.

As of 31 March 2026, the total number of outstanding shares and votes in Alligator Bioscience amounts to 628,106,848, whereof all outstanding shares are ordinary shares with one vote each.
