Change in Non-Executive Responsibilities

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc (the "Company"), announces that Sean Collins, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed Senior Independent Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect on 1 January 2013. Mr Collins succeeds Chris Keljik who, as announced on 2 August 2012, will be standing down as a Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2012.
