Change in Management Arrangements

The Board announces that, as a result of a management buyout of the property management sides of its investment managers OLIM Limited, it has agreed terms to split its investment management contract between OLIM Limited, which will manage VIT's equity portfolio and OLIM Property Limited, which will manage VIT's property portfolio. There will be no change in the management team responsible for VIT or the total fees payable by the VIT. The timing is subject to FSA approval.
