Change in major shareholders of PIK Group
Moscow, 20 December 2013 - PIK Group (LSE: PIK), one of Russia's leading residential real estate developers, announces that it has been notified about a change in its major shareholders. Companies affiliated with strategic investors Alexander Mamut and Sergey Gordeev have announced completion of a series of transactions to acquire respectively 16.02% and 19.9% stakes in PIK Group. The stakes were acquired from entities affiliated with Suleyman Kerimov Foundation.
