CHANGE IN EXTERNAL DIRECTORSHIPS

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) RPC announces that Jamie Pike will be appointed as Chairman of Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc (Spirax) following Spirax's AGM on 15 May 2018. Jamie was originally appointed to the Spirax Board in May 2014.

Additionally and as announced earlier today, Jamie will also be stepping down as Chairman and a Director of Ibstock plc at their next AGM on 24 May 2018.
