The Board of JPMorgan Elect plc announces an update to dividend payment date in respect of the fourth quarterly interim dividend for the year ending 31st August 2022.

Managed Growth Shares and Managed Income Shares

A quarterly interim dividend of 5.00 pence per Managed Growth share and 1.50 pence per Managed Income share, for the fourth quarter of the year ending 31st August 2022, will now be paid on 20th September 2022 instead of 19th September 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12th August 2022 (ex-dividend date 11th August 2022).

This is due to Monday, 19th September 2022, now being declared as Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II's State Funeral day, and a national bank holiday.
