This is in compliance of the Listing Agreement.

We would like to inform you that the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India, vide letter bearing No. C-31028/7/2007-CA dated 02.04.2009 has appointed Shri B.C. Tripathi as Chairman & Managing Director of’ the Company in place of Dr. U.D. Choubey who has superannuated today i.e. on 31.07.2009. Shri B.C. Tripathi shall assume the charge of Chairman & Managing Director on 01.08.2009.
