Under Listing Rule 9.6.14 the Company reports that with effect from 31 March 2010 Mr John Cuthbert, an independent non-executive director of the Company, retired from his role as Managing Director of Northumbrian Water Group plc, and will therefore resign with effect from 31 March 2010 as a director of Northumbrian Water Group plc, Northumbrian Water Limited and Northumbrian Water Finance plc.
