The Company notes that Ian McHoul, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Bellway plc and will be a member of the Audit, Nomination and Executive Directors' Remuneration Committees. Ian is due to join the Board of Bellway plc on 1 February 2018.
