Avast Plc announces that Belinda Richards, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director of Jupiter Fund Management plc with effect from 1 September 2020.

This announcement is made in fulfilment of the Company's obligation under Listing Rule 9.6.14.
