In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, the Company advises that it has been notified that Eva Lindqvist, Non-Executive Director, intends to retire as a Non-Executive Director of Mycronic AB at Mycronic’s AGM on 3 May 2016.

In addition the Company has been advised that Eva Lindqvist, Non-Executive Director, will join the Board of Mr Green & Co AB at the AGM on 21 April 2016.
