Change in Directors' Interests

AIM and Media Release 29 October 2014 BASE RESOURCES LIMITED CHANGE IN DIRECTORS INTERESTS Base Resources Limited (ASX:BSE AIM:BSE) (the "Company") advises that on 29October 2014 directors of the company were issued a combined total of 1,175,032fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company upon the partialvesting of the 2011 stream of Performance Rights under the Company's Long TermIncentive Plan, as approved by shareholders.. Managing Director Tim Carstens, and Executive Director Colin Bwye each received587,516 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company for nilconsideration. Following the issue, Mr Carstens currently holds a total of 1,228,522 ordinaryshares in the Company (1,095,188 held directly and 133,334 held indirectlythrough SUMO Superannuation Fund of which Mr Carstens is a beneficiary), and MrBwye currently holds 1,838,739 ordinary shares in the Company (994,844 are helddirectly, 362,414 are held indirectly through Mr Bwye's spouse, Annette Bwye,and 481,481 are held indirectly through Bwye Superannuation Fund of which MrBwye is trustee and beneficiary). The option holdings of each of the directors remain unchanged.
