Change in Details of a Director and Posting of Annual Report
The Company has been notified of the following information by one of its non-executive directors, David Jeffreys:
David Jeffreys was a director of PFB Regional Office Fund Limited at the time that the directors of that company resolved to apply to the Court for it to be put into liquidation on 19 June 2009.
Save as disclosed above, there is nothing further to disclose under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
In addition the Company announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2008 has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's website, www.alphatigerpropertytrust.com.
