Update on external Directorships

held by Company Directors

Pursuant to the UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R requirement to give notice of a change in directorships held by directors in another publicly quoted company, the Company announces that:

Louisa Burdett, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of SEGRO plc with effect from 1 May 2026.

Maria Antoniou, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Victrex plc with effect from 1 September 2026.

These external appointments are in addition to their existing roles on the Board of Spirax Group plc.
