Change in Director

The Company announces that "Brian" Ching Fung Hung, a non-executive director of the board of Asa, has been removed as a director of Asa with immediate effect.

Mr Hung's removal as a director follows his failure to respond to repeated attempts by the board of Asa to contact him.
