Change in Currency

ACG Metals Limited ("ACG" or "the Company"), announces that it has applied to the London Stock Exchange to change the currency in which the Company's A Ordinary Shares and Public Warrants are traded on the London Stock Exchange from United States Dollar to Sterling Penny. It is expected this change will become effective at 8.00 A.M. on 24 March 2025.

The final exchange rate for conversion from dollars to sterling penny will be based on the rate after the market closes on the 21 March 2025.

The Warrant Instruments and Option Instruments will be adjusted according to the terms of their respective instruments in order to apply the change in currency.

The Company's financial statements will continue to be presented in U.S. dollars.
