Change in Board responsibilities

Following the appointment of Bill Ronald as Chairman of Dialight plc, Bob Lambourne, currently Chairman of the Audit Committee, will assume the role of Acting Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Acting Senior Independent Director. Both positions were previously held by Bill Ronald.

This change has been made whilst a search for additional Non-Executive Directors to join the Board of Dialight plc is undertaken.
