Tufton Oceanic Assets Limited ("SHIP")
Change in Audit Committee Composition
The Board of Directors of Tufton Oceanic Assets Limited (LSE: SHIP), announces in accordance with LR 9.6.11 of the Listing Rules that Robert King (Chairman of the Company) has stepped down as a member of the Company's Audit Committee with effect from 22 March 2021.
It is further announced that Christine Rødsæther has joined the Company's Audit Committee with effect from 22 March 2021.
The membership of the Company's Audit Committee now consists of Christine Rødsæther, Stephen Le Page and Paul Barnes (all of whom are independent non-executive directors of the Company). The Board of Directors confirm that Stephen Le Page remains the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
