Interserve announces Chairman's intention to step down
The Board of Interserve today announces that, as he approaches ten years as Non- Executive Chairman of the Company, Lord Blackwell has informed the Board of his intention to step down from the role, no later than the 2016 Annual General Meeting. In order to ensure an orderly transition, the Board will undertake a comprehensive external search process for a new Non-Executive Chairman, who can lead the company into its next stage of growth and development. The search will be led by Russell King, once he has become Senior Independent Director at the AGM in May 2015.
