Chairman Succession

Further to our announcement on 4 July 2017, the Company today announces the retirement of Kevin Beeston and appointment of Philip Yea as his successor as Chairman of the Board and Nomination Committee with effect from 29 September 2017.

Kevin Beeston, Chairman, commented:

"It has been an honour and privilege to chair Equiniti and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the Equiniti Board and Guy Wakeley and his talented leadership team over the past 6 years, seeing the Company transition from a private company, to listing on the London Stock Exchange and now a part of the FTSE250. The business has an exciting future ahead of it and I am delighted to welcome Philip in to the role of Chairman. Philip's wealth of experience will be invaluable for Equiniti as they go into the next phase of development within the FTSE250."

Commenting on his appointment, Philip Yea said:

There are no additional details to disclose under Listing Rule 9.6.13R in respect of the appointment of Philip Yea.
