Chairman succession

 

XPS Pensions Group plc announces that Alan Bannatyne, Senior Independent Director, will be appointed as Interim Chairman of the Company effective as at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting being held on 8th September 2022. As previously announced, Tom Cross Brown will retire as Chairman following the AGM.

 

Margaret Snowdon, OBE will be appointed as Interim Senior Independent Director, and Sarah Ing will be appointed as Interim Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, effective as at close of the AGM.

 

The Nomination Committee continues with the process to identify and appoint a Chairman and the Company will provide an update in due course.

 

Alan Bannatyne also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Robert Walters plc.
