CHAIR SUCCESSION

The Board of Greencoat UK Wind announces that Shonaid Jemmett-Page, who has served as Chair since 2020, and a Non-Executive Director since 2012, has confirmed her intention to retire with effect from the conclusion of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

Following a rigorous selection process, the Board today announces that Lucinda Riches will be appointed as Chairman of the Board following the 2023 AGM. Ms Riches has served as a Non-Executive Director since 2019 and was appointed as Senior independent Director earlier this year.

Shonaid Jemmett-Page, Chair said: "I have greatly enjoyed being involved with Greencoat UK Wind since its listing. Over those 10 years the Company has built a strong track record and I am very confident that it will be in good hands with Lucinda Riches as my successor."

Lucinda Riches said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Shonaid for her highly valued contribution to the Company. I look forward to assuming my new role as Chair from April next year."
