CFO APPOINTMENT

DIAMOND BANK APPOINTS CHIUGO NDUBISI AS THE ACTING CFO.

Following the resignation of Abdulrahman Yinusa, Diamond Bank Plc wishes to notify the exchange of the appointment of Chiugo Ndubisi as the acting CFO, effective immediately. He has been with bank for over 20 years and his most recent role was the Divisional Head of Financial Management. He is a consummate professional with immense knowledge of the dynamics of the bank's financial system and continues to play a key role in the design and execution of the strategic objectives of the bank.

Chiugo is a chartered accountant, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Nigeria and an MBA degree from the University of Lagos. He has held varying roles in the bank and has positive relationships with stakeholder communities.
