CFO Appointment

Further to the announcement on 19 December 2017, UDG confirms that Nigel Clerkin has today joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer and will be appointed to the Board as an Executive Director of the Company on 15 May 2018.

Nigel succeeds Alan Ralph who will step down from the Board on 15 May but will remain with the Company until November 2018 to help ensure a smooth transition.

This disclosure is made to comply with paragraph LR 9.6.11. There are no further details to be disclosed in respect of Mr Clerkin's appointment under LR 9.6.13.
