CESSATION AS reporting issuer in canada

Polo Resources Limited (AIM: POL), the natural resources investment company with interests in oil, gold, coal, copper, phosphate, iron and vanadium, announces that, further to the Company's news release on 25 June 2015, and in line with the Company's request, the Ontario Securities Commission has issued a decision that Polo is not a reporting issuer in Ontario under the Securities Act R.S.O. 1990 (as amended). This follows the Company's voluntary delisting from the Toronto Stock Exchange in April 2013.

The Company is not a reporting issuer in any other Canadian jurisdiction and, as a result, is no longer required to file financial statements and other continuous disclosure documents with Canadian securities regulatory authorities.

Notwithstanding the decision that the Company is not a reporting issuer in Canada, the Company will continue to file all financial statements and other continuous disclosure materials required to be filed by it in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the United Kingdom, including rules of the Financial Conduct Authority and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM").

All such continuous disclosure documents of the Company are publicly available to all Polo shareholders on the Company's website at www.poloresources.com and Polo shareholders resident in Canada will continue to receive copies of continuous disclosure documents that are required to be delivered to shareholders in the United Kingdom, in the same manner and at the same time as is required under the applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom, including the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority and AIM.
