I wouldlike to begin with a review of the 2007 fiscal year. eServGlobal has achieved an outstanding result in 2007, to take a clear marketleadership position amongst advanced telecommunications network softwareproviders worldwide. Our 2007 revenue achievement of $153 million represents61% growth over the $95 million 2006 result. This represents 25% growth over a "normalized" 2006 revenue figure of $122 million, as this was our first full yearas a merged entity. The EBITDA margin lifted to 12.33%, up from 10.6% in 2006.The diluted EPS was $0.03, up from $0.017, producing a dividend of $0.02 pershare. eServGlobal is a global services provider, inventing smart communication andpayment services for telecommunications service providers on all generationnetworks, with the ambition of being the largest independent supplier ofend-to-end solutions. During the year ahead, I aim to drive the company forward to meet our keychallenges. I am confident in our capacity to achieve the 2008 fiscal yearfinancial plan and sustain organic revenue growth over 3 years, with 15% revenueannual growth and continuing EBITDA margin growth. We will continue to benefit from our established client base whilst havingexposure to new telecoms activity in fast-growing markets. Emerging markets havesignificant growth of mobile users, particularly in India, South East Asia,Africa and Latin America. Service providers are looking for continuous costreductions and reliable, large-scale infrastructure to support their rapidexpansion, particularly in messaging and mobile financial transactions. Indeveloped markets, service providers are more focused on cost reduction andoffering sophisticated service bundles such as quadruple play offers andfixed-mobile convergence. Our 2008 strategy will require on-going expansion of our key markets, whileexpanding our geographical presence into significant regions through channelpartners and local entities, in order to produce sustained growth. We willcontinue to innovate with our products and processes, to help our clientsdeliver enriched services as their business model evolves. We have exciting plans for new products and technologies including m-payment,IMS-ready services, and customer retention. We will achieve greater efficiencyby productize our offering to enable faster delivery, and reduce the productlifecycles. I would like to thank our staff whose passion and commitment has enabled us todeliver this excellent result. I am sure their outstanding teamwork will allowus to achieve or exceed our 2008 financial plan, as well as continuously improvethe way we do business globally.
