Chief Executive of Royal Dutch Shell plc - Peter Voser to Retire in 2014

The Hague, 2 May 2013 - The Board of Royal Dutch Shell plc ("Shell") todayannounced that Peter Voser, as Chief Executive Officer, has elected to retirefrom the Company in the first half of 2014.

Peter Voser was appointed CEO with effect from July 2009 and has been anExecutive Director since 2004.
