Ceasing to be a Significant Shareholder
The Board of Nyota Minerals Limited (ASX/ AIM: NYO) announces that on 24 November 2015 the Company received a TR-1 notification from the International Finance Corporation ("IFC") stating that it had reduced its shareholding from 76,913,972 ordinary shares to 44,913,972 ordinary shares.
The IFC's new shareholding is equivalent to 2.99% of the voting rights in NYO and the IFC therefore ceases to be a significant shareholder.
