& UPDATE ON SHAREHOLDER CIRCULARS

Further to the announcement of 14 December 2012, Noventa received confirmation on 4 February 2013 that the Ontario Securities Commission that it ceased to be a reporting issuer in Canada from 1 February 2013.

The Company can also confirm that further to the announcements of 23 November 2012 and 17 January 2013, the notice of shareholder meetings and accompanying information circulars are not yet available for dispatch to shareholders. The Company will provide a further update shortly.
