Catena Media publishes its 2025 annual report

Catena Media plc has today published its 2025 annual report.

The annual report details a year of organisational transition that drove steady operational improvement in the second half. Building on the strategic framework established in 2024, the group focused on strengthening performance across its three strategic pillars of People, Product and Profit while addressing structural issues that had constrained execution. CEO Manuel Stan said: “In 2025, Catena Media took tough decisions in the first half to position the business for long-term sustainable growth. We rightsized the organisation, embedded a simpler and more agile operating model, and launched our MRKTPLAYS subaffiliation platform as a scalable new growth engine. By year-end, the changes were delivering more consistent execution, greater organisational clarity and stronger margins. The year ended with our best quarterly results since the transformation plan began in mid-2024, with Q4 revenue increasing 53 percent to EUR 15.6m and adjusted EBITDA more than tripling to EUR 4.7m.
