The Company has received additional cash reimbursement of KRW 18,510,000,000 (Total amount of KRW 33,880,000,000) on July 3, 2008 from Mr. Chung Mong Koo, Chairman of Hyundai Motor Company, by the final decision from Seoul High Court.
Accordingly, The Company released the right of pledge on 600,000 shares of Hyundai Steel owned by Mr. Chung Mong Koo.
