Carnival Corporation & plc Announces Exchange Rate For Quarterly Dividend MIAMI, March 4, 2014 -- On January 16, 2014, Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 (U.S.) pershare. The dividend is payable on March 14, 2014, to shareholders of record onFebruary 21, 2014. Holders of Carnival Corporation common stock or Carnival plc ADSs will receivea dividend payable in U.S. dollars. The dividend for Carnival plc ordinaryshares will be payable in sterling unless shareholders elected to receive thedividend in U.S. dollars by February 21, 2014. Dividends payable in sterling will be converted from U.S. dollars at theexchange rate quoted by the Bank of England in London at 12 noon on March 3,2014 (US$1 = 59.82292 pence). Accordingly, the dividend payable in sterling onMarch 14, 2014, will be 14.95573 pence per share.
