Carnival Corporation & plc Announces Exchange Rate For Quarterly Dividend MIAMI, March 2, 2015 -- On January 13, 2015, Carnival Corporation & plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 (U.S.) pershare. The dividend is payable on March 13, 2015, to shareholders of record onFebruary 20, 2015. Holders of Carnival Corporation common stock or Carnival plc ADSs will receivea dividend payable in U.S. dollars. The dividend for Carnival plc ordinaryshares will be payable in sterling unless shareholders elected to receive thedividend in U.S. dollars by February 20, 2015. Dividends payable in sterling will be converted from U.S. dollars at theexchange rate quoted by the Bank of England in London at 12 noon on March 2,2015 (US$1 = 64.91820 pence). Accordingly, the dividend payable in sterling onMarch 13, 2015, will be 16.22955 pence per share.
