Associated British Foods plc ("ABF"), the international food, ingredients andretail group, today announced the completion of an agreement to form astandalone joint venture business in the UK between its arable business, AlliedGrain, and Banks Cargill Agriculture ("BCA"), a wholly-owned subsidiary ofCargill PLC ,as announced on 9th December 2004.
